In the summer, I like to prepare smoothies rich in fresh fruit and yogurt.
I believe they are so healthy, nutritious and wonderful to look at.
If you choose ingredients fat free you can reduce the calories and make the drink light.
If you prefer to sweeten everything, I suggest you add a banana or a little bit of honey.
Ingredients:
600ml fat free vanilla yogurt
100 ml fat-free milk or almond milk
300 gr. berries
fresh mint and few extra berries, to decorate
Directions
Put the yogurt, milk and berries in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour and serve immediately, decorated with extra berries and mint leaves.
