Quick hot chocolate recipe

This is my favourite drink, It's so warming and delicious. I make my hot chocolate very thick, a little spicy and with copious whipped cream on the top. It's so simple to make and yummy. Enjoy!

Ingredients

20 gr. corn flour

30 gr. unsweetened cocoa powder

50 gr. white sugar

250 ml. milk

1 pinch ground cinnamon

Directions

Sift cornflour, cocoa and sugar. Pour the milk into a pan and bring almost to the boil over a medium-low heat. Blend in the milk the dry ingredients, simmer and stir for 10 minutes max.

Remove from the heat and add cinnamon.

Serve in big cups topped with mini marshmallows ;-)
